At IgotRugs.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs.

  • Clearance items or items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

    • Check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@igotrugs.com for assistance.

Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Label: If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the product is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within seven business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the product was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit.


There are a few exceptions to our return policy. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Additionally, certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale products are non-returnable. Please review the product details carefully before making your purchase.
